Founded by Matthew Heslin and Brad Becker, Orange County-based Heslin Becker Properties is a shopping center investment and development company focusing on the Western United States.  Headquartered in Orange County, California, the firm has offices in Seal Beach, San Diego and Boise, Idaho.

Heslin Becker Properties has strong relationships with the cities in which it develops and with the retailers for which they build.  Through each of its projects, Heslin Becker provides communities with convenient and attractive shopping options.

Heslin Becker Properties has a strong track record with clients such as Albertsons Stores, Kroger, Food 4 Less, TESCO, Savon Drugs, Rite Aid Corporation, Smart and Final Stores, Starbucks, Subway Inc., Walgreen’s, CVS Drugstore, Circuit City, Office Depot, Smart & Final, Wells Fargo Bank among others.

Together the firm’s Principals have invested more than $200 million in the acquisition, development and redevelopment of commercial properties comprising more than 40 projects throughout Southern California.
